This morning I did 45 minutes of spinning and swam for 30 minutes.

Who's next ?????????????????????
 
I did my regular 3.7 mile walk in 50 mins. I'm training for the Baltimore Half Marathon.
 
I did 25 minutes of yoga this morning, walked 20 minutes on the boardwalk with my husband and will probably swim this afternoon.

Next?????????
 

75 min walking today

I think I am actually enjoying my time w/o the kids and catching up with my friends (calls but tonight I ran into a friend at the walking path) :goodvibes
 
20 minute swim and 20 minute walk. Back on the wagon!
