Good morning all you wonderful WISHers that exercise out there!

This morning I did Firm super body sculpt (upper and lower body) with Stephanie Corley. What a great work out!

What did you do to get your body moving today?
 
Nothing yet but I just wanted to say it's nice to see this thread already going so early in the morning! I'll be back in a couple of hours to check in. ::yes::
 
I did 20 leg lifts & 20 crunches! Then I moved on to the video Chair Dancing. That's enough for this morning. Off to work!

I did a power pump class today. It's like interval training; short intervals of cardio and light weights.

Kelscross - I like the Denise Austin Power Yoga also!!
 
I went running for 20 minutes, planning on going again and probably going to do pilates with my friend. :sunny:
 
well because of the rain i didnt get to take my walk at all today (suppose to be a rainy wk too)
but I did manage to clock 12,000 steps on my pedometer
 
Walked to the pool. Lap swam 1/2 mile. Free swam for about 15 min. Glad the usual daily thunderstorms held off because I didn't get out until late today. :sunny:
 
2 mile WATP video for me today. I'm still a little sore from the Firm Up Fast tape 2 days ago! :earseek:
