This morning I swam for 30 minutes.

Who's next ???????????????????????
 
I just did 35 minutes upper body weights. Very blah today, but I did it!
 
firm workout for me today!!!

Next??????????/
 

Today I did:

3.1 miles on Life Fitness Cross Trainer in 23:32.
Lifted weights for 25 minutes.
7.0 miles on the upright stationary Bike in 21:45.

Next???

I did my crunches (only up to 50, but better than zero!) and 45 minutes on the stationary bike, and will do the other 15 I planned later on tonight.
 
Had a MUCH better workout today!!!
