This morning I did 45 minutes of spinning.

40 min on treadmill this morning and getting ready to go outside and do more walking. :sunny:

I did my 1 mile WATP and then the Walk and Kick tape plus some abs.

I did the 3 mile WATP with weights this evening.

did two dvd's 45min and 40min. I busted my a---- :faint:
 
Two workouts for me, jogging in the morning (4.28 miles in 39:00) and Curves in the afternoon.
 
Yesterday as soon as I got home from work I did the 3 mile WATP tape with weights. After dinner and a TV Show I did the high intensity workout on the Biggest Loser DVD. Go me!!
