Exercise Thread for Thursday, May 13th

I have gotten my 30 min. of Curves in for the day. I am getting used to getting up earlier to get my exercise in before DH leaves for work.

How is everyone else doing today?
 
Tammy -- I know this is HUGE for you -- WTG!!

I did 40 mins shrinking my female fat zones with Denise. I'm PMS so my zones are feeling very puffy :crazy:
 
Tammy- WTG on getting up early and Molli - WTG on workout out with PMS. I know that sometimes I don't even want to move when its that time.

I did the FIRM Calorie Killer, but I don't think I got much good from it. I didn't have the energy or stamina this morning and I didnt' feel like I got a good workout. I coulnd't keep up with them and basically didn't finish it all. But, I was sweating and I am sure I burned some calories.
 
Wow, everyone is doing so well.

I was up at 5:00 and did my 1/2 hr walking.
 

took 1/2hr walk outside this morn before heading in to work

Im home on an early lunch break cos Im then on my way to the 1/2nd half of my CPR class - wish me luck on the test

Hoping to get out to walk when I return back home - have the idea of Purgatory Chasm for a hike
 
I cut the grass (1 1/4 hours), and did some gardening. Not exactly a great workout, but something I haven't done in months, so I figure, it counts.

Another day of the Couch to 5K program! :teeth: I just love this program!! It really does make starting to run manageable!! 12 minutes jogging/18 minutes walking. :)
 
I did 30 minutes on the bike then 45 on the treaddie.
 
I had a very difficult time just trying to do the 1 mile WATP, after yesterday's 'killer' workout but, I felt I should at least try to keep my legs moving or, should I say, GET my legs to work again! :eek:

I would really like to try and do that 'Firm Up Fast' tape again but, if this is how I'm gonna feel, I just don't know. :( Maybe I'm just not ready for something like that. :o
 
Did my yoga/pilates DVD for an hour tonight.

DH joined me and didn't even break a sweat! I was dripping like a leaky faucet!!!
 
I walked 15 minutes on my break later in the afternoon and then did a half of an hour on the treadmill in the evening. I bumped up my treadmill routine by jogging a bit.
 
I did a 1/2 hr on my new treadmill!!
 
I see I didn't post my exercise for Thursday. We can't have that! :

I did FIRM BSS1 ab sculpt.
