Tammy- WTG on getting up early and Molli - WTG on workout out with PMS. I know that sometimes I don't even want to move when its that time.
I did the FIRM Calorie Killer, but I don't think I got much good from it. I didn't have the energy or stamina this morning and I didnt' feel like I got a good workout. I coulnd't keep up with them and basically didn't finish it all. But, I was sweating and I am sure I burned some calories.
Another day of the Couch to 5K program! I just love this program!! It really does make starting to run manageable!! 12 minutes jogging/18 minutes walking.
I had a very difficult time just trying to do the 1 mile WATP, after yesterday's 'killer' workout but, I felt I should at least try to keep my legs moving or, should I say, GET my legs to work again!
I would really like to try and do that 'Firm Up Fast' tape again but, if this is how I'm gonna feel, I just don't know. Maybe I'm just not ready for something like that.
I walked 15 minutes on my break later in the afternoon and then did a half of an hour on the treadmill in the evening. I bumped up my treadmill routine by jogging a bit.
