This morning I swam for 50 minutes.

Me! I started off my birthday :teeth: with a run, 4.4 miles in 39 minutes.

I did a quicky upper body weights and abs. I'll be back to run and misc. other cardio after work.

45 min on the eliptical and 20 min weight machines and.....my daughter wants to go to the Y and do 30 Rock hard abs class and 30 min thigh buster class that will give me another hour of exercise. It could be a rough tomorrow after all this.
 
only 20 minutes on TM and 20 minutes of toning.

Next?
 
I just finished 45 minute 3 mile WATP :cool1: Feeling good even though I totally did not feel like doing it. I'm proud of myself for doing it anyway. :cheer2:

I did 30 minutes of Pilates for Dummies, and 20 minutes Kathy Smith Step. First time doing step at home, I got a step at a yard sale :).
 
I haven't been checking in on this thread much lately because I've been on the March Challenge & 2006 Marathon training therads but I popped in now because I'm trying to get motivated to get moving today and WOW, April, you're doing great! I am so impressed with the amount of weight you have been able to lose & the progress you have made with your running! You are such an inspiration! You don't even take a day off for your Birthday! :bday: :cake: Hope youor birthday is a very happy one.

Looks like the rain here is not going to let up today. I was hoping for a break so I could get outside, but it is looking more & more like I'm going to need to come up with a Plan "B" Time for me to get moving!
 
I walked from college to the city centre. Not much but today's my day of lessons pretty much 9 - 4.30pm and it's a bit hard to exercise sitting in a classroom (even my brain was lazy today!) However I'm now on my Easter holiday and taking my 2yr old neice out for the day next week so laziness will not be an option!!!! My pedometer says I've done 6,707 steps!
 
count me in for a double workout today!!!!
 
Hi, I'm relatively new here. :blush:

I did three miles on the TM today:teeth:. I have been sick with a cold since Saturday and only exercized once since then (not including today) so I was starting to get lazy. I sure am glad I got back on the TM today.
 
I did 48 min on exercise bike today.

Boy, it has been at least 6 months since I have posted on an exercise thread...maybe it will help me keep my motivation.

I did a 60 minute advanced yoga class, 15 minutes on the treadmill and then another 15 minutes of weights.
 
6.4 miles on the recumbent bike in 30:30 and 20 minutes of upper body nautilus
 
I didn't get a chance to post yesterday, but I did exercise!! An hour on the eliptical, before work. There was no time for weights, though.
