This morning I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes upper body work.

Who's next ???????
 
Went to the gym this morning and did 60 minutes of weight training.

Next....
 
This morning I did Firm BSS3 Fat Blasting Cardio and feel so good!

Okay, who's next?
 

The firm adv. cardio blast and express cardio for me

Who else moved today???????
 
I just finished my workout, 30 minutes on exercise bike and 30 minutes of lower body weight training.
 
2.1 miles on the treadmill at 3.1 mph
 
I did 25 minutes total on the treadmill - walking/running! Ran 1 mile without stopping - which is not a lot I know :blush: but was HUGE for me! :teeth: I'm on my way!! :cool1: Then did 2 reps of 15 on all the lower body machines! Who's Next?
 
I exercised very early this morning and posting VERY late - again! I did WATP at 7am before work. Anyone else?.........
 
Another late poster - I did 20 minutes on my exercise bike Thursday! :moped:
 
I did 20 minutes on the bike (and then it broke :guilty: ) and then 20 minutes of pilates. Will be finding an alternate for the bike today!

Anyone else? :rolleyes:
 
I did 20 minutes StairMaster
10 minutes elliptical
35 minutes treadmill (6.2 mph)
