This morning I went for a 45 minute run.

Who's next ???????????
 
32 min on stationary bike :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

I even should make it to work by 6:30 :banana: :banana:

I did 53 min on the TM (3.75 miles). I even bumped it up several notches today.

I ran 2 miles instead of 1 every 3 miles.

5 min warmup at 3MPH
40 min alternating
3 min walking at 4.3 MPH (was doing 4MPH)
2 min walking at 5.5 MPH (was doing 5MPH)
8 min cool down at 3MPH


I feel great......who's next!!
 
I did 40 minutes of stength training with weights and 20 minutes on the body trec.

NEXT???
 

45 minutes on the TM this morning. I bumped my incline a little. Who's next???
 
Me! I went jogging this morning, 4.4 miles in 38 minutes - fortunately not in the rain. :p

Next? Let's hear it!
 
This is good for a laugh, but I did 1 minute, yes I said 1 minute on the elliptical and 1.5 miles on the treadmill today!!

My workout was so blah today :(

I did 25 minutes upper body but couldn't handle my normal reps/sets.
33 minutes recumbant bike
20 minutes elliptical

It was all blah, but I did it!

Had excess energy when i got home from work. Put in another 30 min on stationary bike and 20 minutes on TM. :banana: :banana:

Great job to everyone for their efforts and stick to it ness. Keep up the exercise. I know all you support is keeping me going. :wave:
 
Did 20 minutes on stationery bike, 20 minutes on elliptical trainer, and 20 minutes on treadmill.
