Another day and more calories burned! What did you do to move your body and blast that fat today?

I did Firm cardio sculpt blaster. Next!
 
I finally got around to lengthening my morning run, and jogged 4.1 miles in 40 minutes this morning.

I did Cathe's Step Jump & Pump. 78 minutes filled with step, hi/lo, weights, etc.

Too tired to do much today (I had to run lots of errands after work) so I just did 20 minutes of yoga. :o
 
I did 30 minutes swimming, 45 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes upper body work.
 
Did an hour of Pilates but couldn't do my walk as it was raining :(.
