Ran 1/2 mile, hamstring pulls, military press, and tricep extensions. Next!!

I did a 46 minute Firm work out this morning - Firm Complete Body Sculpting. Who's next?
 
Got in a mile on the TM before the shin splints got the best of me....I will be taking it easy the next few days in hopes of healing my owie!!! Plan to get some swimming and biking in though.....

Pretty mild day.


20 minutes cardio and 45 minutes doing weight lifting. :) Better than none.
 
I ran on the treadmill in the beautiful Venetian Resort in Las Vegas :) (and paid a pretty penny for the privilege, but that's Vegas for ya), a little over 4 miles in around 40 minutes.
