Exercise thread for Sunday, February 13th

Today I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes upper body work.

Who's next ????????????
 
Got my 2 miles in today....and an added bonus of a shower.....started to rain just about the last 1/2 mile!! :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

I managed 48 minutes (length of level one weight loss progam) on my stationary bike. :cool1:
 
DH and I took an awesome bike ride this morning, 26.8 miles with an average speed of 13.7 mph - and a yummy waffle breakfast! :p
 
67 minutes and 5 miles on the tredmill... Ran 4 walked 1!
 
I did 60 minutes on the treadmill and 60 minutes working with my new stability ball:)
 
I did 45 minutes Cathe circuit training workout. Next???????????
 
.5 miles (8 minutes) on the cross trainer; 3 miles on the recumbent bike and one moderate mile on the TM
 
30 mins on the TM, 10 mins on the stairclimber, 25 mins on the bike.

Next????
 
I did my 2 mile WATP in the afternoon and walked for 30 minutes on the treadmill in the evening
 
I rode the windtrainer for 30 minutes and did the Bowflex for 20 minutes too.

Anyone else?
