Can't believe I get to start the thread today!!!

Anyway, just back form a very nice 2 mile walk!! Really had some great speed on the second half!! Whoo hooo!!

DH and I went on a bike ride, 26.1 miles with an average speed of 13.0 mph. It took me a little while to get started, but it turned out to be a great ride.

DH and I went for a 4 mile strolll. We did it in 1 hour and 40 min! The trail was frozen and slippery in spots so a bit treacherous. I am so proud of DH. We celebrated his 6 month hip replacement homecoming anniversary today!
