Exercise thread for Sunday, April 3rd

Hi there everyone!

I'm surprised to be the one starting this thread today, but I'm certainly happy to do it! DH and I are enjoying a well-earned "lazy afternoon" after our bike ride this morning, 27.0 miles with an average speed of 12.5 mph.

Who's up next on this super Sunday?

I spent an hour with Billy Banks! Then much cleaning and furniture moving. Maybe some Pilates will follow this evening.

I got a late start but was still able to fit in my 5.88 miles on the treadmill at a 15% incline and 20 minutes on the elliptical.

I walked about 3 miles today. Also, while I was at work this afternoon, I snuck in some squats & lunges. Go me!
