Boot camp so far:
50 of 100 pushups (100 is goal for today)
50 of 100 squats
1 of 10 "Hundred" (pilates crunch move)
40 minutes cardio kickboxing of 100 minutes cardio
Plus:
90 minutes killer snow shoveling. They're calling this stuff snow, but its really white cement!!!!!
I may count the shoveling towards the remainding 60 minutes of cardio for the day.
