I did taebo extreme this morning

Poppingin quick to say I did my 2 mile WATP and a ton of snow shoveling....and there is plenty more of that to do...so I will be out there again!! Next..... :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:
 
I did Basic (get ripped) TaeBo I and The Firm Fat Blasting Cardio so far.

The shovel will be coming out for snow real soon!

I did my long walk/run of the week for Week 2 training.

5 min warm up
3 miles doing 4 min walk/1 min running
5 min cool down

Total 3.5 miles
 
:wave: 4-3/4 miles on the elliptical for me, plus I started doing these squat-type thingys.

Next.....
 
Well....I just did the one mile WATP. It's a start, as I am a confirmed couch potato!!
 
This evening I did Cathe's Body Fusion 50 minute work out. I'm still suffering from this stupid cold but I got through it!
 
I did a 1 hour yoga class and a 1 hour body pump (weights) class.
 
I did my 2 mile WATP tape in the afternoon and shovelled snow in the evening.
