This morning I did Firm cardio sculpt blaster - I think I'm finally over my head cold! woohoo!!!! I might even sneak in an extra work out tonight to make up for last week's lazy only 5 days of working out.
I ran for an hour and 10 minutes today. I love running on Mondays. My body has had the weekend to rest and rebuild and its so much easier than it is at the end of the week.
I did 20 minutes of the 3 mile WATP better than nothing but I stopped because I was having side pain bad. Kidneys were hurting I suspect not enough hydration.
