This morning I ran for 68 minutes.

I got a nice 2 mile walk in!

Just ran 5.5 miles. I'll be back to the gym for upper body weights and abs after work.

next?
 
10 minutes kickboxing
10 minutes ballet
(both 10 Minute Solutions)
22 minutes walking (1.9 miles for the day, so far)

Hoping to get in another 45 minutes walking later today.

Added 45 walking - total 87 for the day. :cool1:
 
Count me in for 2 firm workouts this morning

25 minutes cardio aerobics
20 minutes leg toning
80 crunches
40 dancer squats
 
early this morning I did about 3.5 mile walk/jog combo; this evening i took a casual 2 mile walk with my neighbor and dog

i'm ready for bed now! i so admire you all that workout after work; that is a tough habit to stay in
 
I did two workouts today, jogging in the morning (really pushed myself to make 4.24 miles in 36:07) and Curves after work.

You're right ohMom, working out after work is challenging - there are some days (especially after a horrible commute) when the last thing I want to do is get back in the car to head to Curves. But I always feel better afterwards! :goodvibes
