This morning I ran for 35 minutes.

Who's next ?????????????????????
 
I did pilates for 1 hour. Who's next?
 
Hour walk to Dunkin Donuts for an iced coffee and back
 

25 minutess of yoga. I was surprised that I did this since I couldn't sleep for a while last night.
 
Only jogged an half of mile during the evening -- guess the humidity was wearing me out??? So I walked the other half.

Tomorrow -- going to lift weights and around 400 tummy crunches
