Exercise Thread for Monday, May 24th

I am just back from Curves. They added two machines over the weekend along with adjusting them all and on top of that the air was broken. All in all, it was a good workout. I'm hoping to get in about 20 minutes on the treadmill in just a little while before everyone is up and going.

Who's next this morning?
 
Count me in, too!! 57 minutes of walking this morning. Bugs were awful and the fog rolled in but I didn't quit!!

30 minutes on the treadmill this morning. I'll do crunches tonight. :)
 
:wave: Great job everyone, you all are up and at it bright and early today! What a great way to start a day!! As for me, I went to the gym and did 45 minutes on the elliptical.

Good workout for me I took the dog for a walk and she wanted to run. so she took ME for a walk! lol

Anywya, it wasnt far but it got my heart rate pumping!
 
I did 2 mile WATP, 100 sit ups and arm weights. Have a good day everyone!
 
took 1/2hr walk in the mist (not drizzle but not completely dry either) this morn
hoping to get back out after work
the front yard is due to be mowed again too
 
Walked a little over a mile today on my lunch hour. DH and I are going to walk after work today if it doesn't rain.

Also, please welcome my friend WOOWOO who will be posting here in a few minutes.....

I just signed up for the wish challenge and I walked a little over a mile during my lunch hour.

I work with goofitup and she has inspired to me to get fit! I have a long way but I am up for the challenge

Just jogged 4 miles in 43:00...........that was hard! Not sure if I can do that again...........but I will certainly try again tomorrow!lol

I did the firm along with 40 minutes of Pilates
 
Did 16 minutes of walking/14 minutes of jogging. Great job everyone! :Pinkbounc
 
Hi WooHoo! I also joined the WISH team today! I walked 3.5 miles this morning with my husband and mowed the lawn this evening. Mowing doesn't sound like much, but i'ts hot and muggy today in Florida!
 
DH and I walked 5 miles and ran 2 miles this evening.

Total steps for the day = 17,223

Any other late posters?

I did the 2 mile WATP video...that's all.

Two workouts for me, jogging in the morning (3.6 miles in 39 minutes) and Curves after work. :teeth:
