I am back from my Curves workout. It felt good after taking the weekend off. I am going to be treadmilling tomorrow as DH has to be out early in the morning. I will be back at Curves on Wednesday.

How is everyone doing? Who's next?

I'm here Tammy :cool2:

this morning my partner and I started week 4 of the MF/Hers Running transition program. We figured we are running close to 3 miles this week, and walking just over 2 (?) We run 24 mins total and walk 35 mins total.

I finished off with 20 mins yoga and today my plans are to mulch and mow the grass

I weighed in heavy today can you tell:mad:

Hey Tammie! I only got in 25 minutes of walking this morning. Just couldn't get my pace up so I headed home. But the day is young and I may get back out there later!!

Have a great day!

I did the first video of the Slim in 6 workout for the first time. It was a good 30 min lite aerobic workout. Now I'm off to the chiropractor, aaaaaahhhh. (Not because of the video :D )

I did the FIRM Maximum Cardio Burn plus abs this morning.

Who's next????

 I am not feeling well today and I procrastinated about going to the gym, but I finally picked myself up and went and did 45 minutes of cardio. It was rough going, but I did it and now I am ready to crash for the rest of the day.

Tammy - thanks for getting us started this morning!

I did FIRM cardio sculpt blaster this morning. I love that work out. Okay, I love all my FIRM work outs!

Who's next?

I did Richard Simmons sweating to the oldies II this morning...feel great!

took (2) 1/2hr walks this morn before going shopping for my first ever size 6 jean shorts!
gotta get back out there so I can show them off - lol

Did my usual Monday 30 minute walk/jog/hike. In fact, I did it in 5 less minutes than I normally do! :bounce:

1 hour of pilates. Boy am I hurting!!!!!!!!

I walked for 20 minutes at lunch time and then 30 minutes this evening.

I took my class on a field trip to the zoo today and actually remembered to wear my pedometer. I clocked in at 4 1/2 miles.
:cheer2:

Steve's wife, was that Brookfield Zoo? There's a LOT of walking to be done at that zoo. ;)

I did the 2 mile WATP and, it felt good to be back where I was about 6 days ago. I'm going to try that 'nasty' tape again, maybe tomorrow or, Wednesday at the latest. :earseek:

I need to keep reading and posting on this thread; it's really motivating. DH and I went for an hour and a half walk last night. Total on my pedometer for the day was 15,500 steps. I also did the 20min. Winsor Pilates.

I was only able to walk a 1/2 hr on the TM last night as a thunderstorm was brewing and my lights flickered (so I shut everything down). Got in 12893 steps in.

Anyone else?
