Okay WISHers, I know you're out there, I can hear your heavy breathing from all that working out you've done. It's time to share it with us!

This morning I did Firm Fat Blasting Cardio and Cathe Friedrich's 10 minute stability ball ab work out.

What about you? :cool1:
 
I worked today and did 30 minutes on the TM for a little over 2 miles and 10 minutes with free weights.

I'm off tomorrow and it is my double exercise day!
 
I'm heading off to the gym, 25 minutes on the elliptical, 30 minutes of weight training and 10 minutes of ab work :)
 

Just finished 3 mile WATP dvd. :cool1: Was gonna do exercise bike at gym this evening but decided to do WATP because I've said I was going to the gym twice last week and once over weekend and never went. :guilty:

But today I got 45 minutes in. :banana: I will try to go to the gym for weight machines after a short 10-15 minute warm up on bike.
 
i did 35 on the ellipticlal and 30 weight machines-working on my shoulder-had surgery last fall.
 
I did my very first Curves workout today! YAY ME! :cool1:
 
After being inspired by the "walking to Disney" thread (see my ticker), DD and I took advantage of today's spring-like temperatures and walked 1.5 miles. Then I came home and added another .5 miles on the treadmill to make my goal of 2 miles for the day. :cool1:
 
170 minutes total!!!!

Upperbody weights and abs
Elliptical
Recumbent bike
Stair Master
Mini-trampoline :Pinkbounc
 
Did 30 minutes on recumbent bike (6 miles); 1 mile on elliptical cross trainer (16 mins) and 25 minutes upper body nautilus -- 70 minutes total
 
I did two workouts, jogging in the morning (4.4 miles in 38 minutes) and Curves after work.
