I did 60 min on the TM -4.5 miles.

I'm back!! Walked 3 miles! Felt great!!!!

I just ran 5 miles in 47 minutes.

I did a 20 minute bike ride, 15 minutes of free weights and 35 minutes of yoga.
 
35 minute walk through the neighborhood, fun but brrrrrr!
 
35 min on the eliptical, 25 min weight machines, 45 of easy tennis
Next....
 
1/2hr walk outside this afternoon
hr on the hotel treadmill yesterday, 90mins on Sat
lots of playing around in the wavepool

bought another pedometer - time to get serious again - Spring's Coming!
 
I timed my evening walk with the dog at 35 minutes or 1.75 miles since I walk a mile in about 20 minutes. Today's total - 2.75 miles (55 minutes).
 
45 weights, and an hour kickboxing. I took the weekend off, so it felt VERY good to get back to the gym!

Next?
 
Did 6 miles on the bike in 28:35 and 1 mile on the elliptical cross trainer in 17:10
 
I did two workouts, jogging in the morning (4.4 miles in 36 minutes) and Curves after work. :)
 
I went to Curves this aftenoon and walked 1/2 hour on the treadmill this evening.
