This morning I ran for 45 minutes.

Who's next ?????????????????????
 
60 minutes for me this morning. A 10 mi ride on my exercise bike for 30 minutes and 30 minutes on my arms and legs.

I ran 6.1 miles on the TM. Its too hot to run outside today. :sunny:

15 minutes at the mall at lunch. Thats a good start for me...one little goal at a time.
 

56 minutes of The Firm Cross Trainers - Firm Cardio & 4 minutes of walking -
 
3.1 miles on a LifeFitness Cross Trainer, lifted weights (various sets) for 25 minutes. Going to run this evening, I'll post miles later on.

I added 50 minutes of upper body weights and 30 minutes rowing after work.
 
Stopped at gym on way home from seminar. Did 25 min on arctrainer and 60 min of group training.
 
I returned to the gym and did the following on the treadmill.

Ran 1 mile
Walked 1 mile
Walked 1.5 miles
Ran .5 miles
Ran 3.1 miles

TOTAL OF 7.1 MILES tonight in just over 1 hour 35 minutes. :cheer2:

Two workouts for me today, running in the morning (4.27 miles in 34:45, a new personal best!) and Curves after work. Yippee!
 
Walked for 35 minutes first thing in the morning, then hit the gym on my lunch break for another 45 minutes on the treadmill.
 
45 minute swim and jog with kids! :sunny: HOT day in Canada!
