I love this exercise report!
I just came from my work-out- but I need to finish later today.
I did 50 minutes on the cardio-glide thing. Not certain what it's called- looks like a stepper- but it has arm movement also.
I WILL do a 15 minute ab toning tape with Denise Austin- love or hate her- but she can kick you-know-what!
I will try to report on this thread everyday- I am trying to do 2 workouts a day- cardio then later a toning/weights. I'm a teacher (with the day off today for MLK holiday), so my 1st workout is usually 5:00 in the AM- YUCK!
