This morning I ran for 45 minutes.

Hi all! I just "discovered" this part of the boards! (The WISH segment)

I love this exercise report!

I just came from my work-out- but I need to finish later today.

I did 50 minutes on the cardio-glide thing. Not certain what it's called- looks like a stepper- but it has arm movement also.

I WILL do a 15 minute ab toning tape with Denise Austin- love or hate her- but she can kick you-know-what!

I will try to report on this thread everyday- I am trying to do 2 workouts a day- cardio then later a toning/weights. I'm a teacher (with the day off today for MLK holiday), so my 1st workout is usually 5:00 in the AM- YUCK! :faint:

40 minutes pilates. Anybody else??
 
20 mins aerobics.

Do I get extra credit if I held my 25 lb 2year old the whole time? ;)

I did two workouts on Monday, running in the morning (4.25 miles in 39:00) and Curves after work.
