Exercise Thread For Monday, February 21st

I didn't see a thread started, sorry if I overlooked it. I just wanted to come on and report that I did my 45 minutes on the TM. I bumped my incline up a little more this morning. I really wanted to stop at 20 minutes, but the WISH and my PM buddies kept me from stopping.

I did 60 min on the TM this morning and FIRM Super Sculpting for a total of 1 hour 55 min!!

I did weights/crunches for 40 minutes, then an hour Cardio Kickboxing class. Good job, everyone!

I ran on the treadmill, 4 miles in around 38 minutes, with a couple minutes of cooldown walking afterwards. Plus lots of walking up and down the Strip, and in and out of casinos!

I did 30 min on the Gazelle tonight, since I hadn't gotten around to doing anything else all day. Felt really good since I am able to push myself a little more than when I walk outside because it is low impact & doesn't hurt my hip as much as walking outside sometimes does. I am now down from a 23 min mile a year ago to a 14 min mile today. I ahve only been on the Gazelle once since we moved to FL last May, so I was surprised to see the difference!

April! Good for you, exercisiing while in Vegas! Walking up & down the Strip is a workout in itself! Hope you're having a great time there! Watch out for those 1 arm bandits!

I went to Curves in the afternoon and walked for 45 minutes on the treadmill in the evening.
