I did the firm and 30 minutes on the bike.

Who else burned some calories today?????
 
I did FIRM Super Body Sculpt. It's a great work out and I feel marvelous!

Who's next?
 
1/2hr walk outside this morn
im at 5000 steps for the day so far
hoping to get back outside after work - hopefully it wont be raining -
gotta make a grocery list for tomorrow morn which means climbing a few flights of stairs to check on supplies
 
I did the FIRM Cardio Split and plan on walking/running on the TM for a bit tonight.
 

1 hour brisk walk before 6:30AM!

Did 14 minutes running/16 minutes walking. Way to go everyone! :Pinkbounc
 
Just finished Firm Total Sculpt.
Whew...Love the 4 limb section!!
 
I did the 2 mile WATP tape followed with the Firm Up Fast tape, total time 1 hour. :faint:

I walked for 15 minutes this afternoon, and then this evening I did my 2 mile WATP video
 
Nothing structured for me yesterday, but I did walk 8445 steps
 
5/18 I did a 3 mile PowerWalk with Leslie and 20 mins on the stability ball with Denise
 
Walking - 6,500 steps during the school day
10,000 steps on 1.25 hour walk w/ DH = 16,500 for 5/18
20 min. Winsor Pilates

I plan to kick in my cardio again starting tonight.
