Beautiful day here today so awoke early :flower:

Ran for 67 minutes.

Who's next ??????????????
 
30 minutes stretch and toning this morning. Plan to run this afternoon.
 
i did 10 mins poweryoga and then did my stability ball strength training routine
 

count me in for a firm workout
 
30 minutes cardio aerobics, 20 minutes leg toning, 80 crunches, 20 lunges.
