This morning I ran for 45 minutes.

Who's next ?????????????????????
 
25 crunches and 42 minutes on the elliptical trainer. Have a great weekend, everyone! Who's netx?
 

40 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes light weight lifting , 50 crunches and 25 bicylce crunches
 
5 miles, 200 crunches and 2 weeks until my trip... It's high gear!
 
40 minutes pilates. Have a good night everyone! Next?
 
35 minutes on the treadmill (2.25 miles) and 30-minute WATP walk/jog DVD. That put me at 25.75 miles for this week (Monday-Friday).

i've been really tired from work lately and havent been doing my exerise (bad me!). but last night when i wanted to go to bed, i had to do something on my computer first, and i ended up getting really mad at my computer for not cooperating with me on something, so i did 22 min of free weights and that calmed me down. i need to get mad more often!
