This morning I ran for 50 minutes.

Who's next ?????????????????????
 
I did the eliptical for 30 minutes and 100 crunches. :cool1:

40 crunches 40 on each side too!!

40 minutes at Curves. Did three cycles and then some added running in place.
 

30 mins today, so 56/600

Anyone have any advice on crunches? Is there a best time of day to do them? I have a dvd that has a set I like, but since I am using the Gazelle, when should I do crunches? What else can I do to help my tummy?
 
I just walked 30 minutes on the treadmill. :cool1:
 
Thanks to this board (I also just posted this on the March Challenge thread) I just did 30 min of a Self DVD (bikini ready fast)

I feel inspired now, hopefully it will last the month, even longer!
 
Speed walked/jogged 31 min (about 2.3 miles... I hurt my hip running about a month ago :guilty: ), then 28 min on elliptical, stretching and 100 crunches! :thumbsup2

The YMCA staff had to remind me that it was time to leave :rotfl:
 
I only did the one mile watp but I plan to bump it up to 2 or 3 mile next week. :sunny:
 
Ran 1/2 hr, 1/2 hr of crunches (and tanned for 10 min :rotfl2: )
