Yeah!!! I was finally able to get back to the gym! The last time I worked out was last Friday. I got a really bad cold/flu. I did only 35 minutes though on the treadmill. I ended up pulling a muscle in my rib cage cause I have a bad cough and moving to much causes me to have coughing fits. It's not going to stop me though!!!! Who's next!
10 minutes playing around with a medicine ball and 3 pound weights and the tapes that came with them. (boxed sets clearnace at Target yesterday for 75% off)
I just got done walking 30 minutes on the treadmill. I walk 6 days a week usually. I am really starting to see the benefits. 25 pounds since the end of January - 27 pounds total since December. yeah for walking 30-35 minutes per day.
