This morning I did 50 minutes on the treadmill.

Who's next ???????
 
:cool1: 45 minutes.... I did the 3 mile WATP. :cheer2: :Pinkbounc

Gonna try to do my lifting workout tonight. :banana:
 

I went jogging this morning, 4.4 miles in 36 minutes.

Who's up next on the beautiful Friday? :)
 
Lower body weights and abs so far....

Running for 45 minutes. Outside!!! We are enjoying a rare 65 degree day for March in CO. Snow is coming on Sunday.... :sad2:
 
An hour toning class and an hour kickboxing class. I love my Friday workouts- the classes are so much fun!!

TM - 2 1-mile segments -- the first in 17:24 and the second in 17:09 (stopped to stretch), then 4 miles on the bike in 19:20
 
1 hr and 50 min. Recumbant 30 min. Stair mach 15 min. Weight circuit and stretching 1 hr 5 min!
Then we went to eat dinner.
 
Only 10 minutes on the treadmill today. It's going to be slightly warmer tomorrow, so I plan to get outside and take a long walk - 5 miles maybe. :wizard:
