It's been a while since I was able to start this thread!

I did Firm super body sculpt (upper and lower portions) this morning.

What did you do to move your body today? :tongue:
 
I did my L.S. 30 tape with weights for the arms early this morning!!
Later I went to Target and got my Firm Body Sculpting System!! I'm so excited to start!!

Any one else ??

I ran 5 miles this morning, but at my normal slow pace (1 hour, 5 minutes).
 

1/2hr walk this morning
hr walk after work
 
I have had internet problems, so I haven't been able to post my exercise all week. I'm glad I'm finally back on line!

Mon - Walked for 1 hr with DH in neighborhood
Tues - Walked for HOURS all over Sea World!
Wed - Day off - Blisters form all the walking in wet socks on Tues.
Thurs - Walked all over Magic Kingdom!
Fri -Walked to the pool & back 1/2 mi.
Lap swam 1/4 mile
Free swam for 1 hr 15 min
 
I did the 2 mile WATP video today, which is 2,400 steps. ;)

I'll trade for Nancy's Tuesday & Thursday tho. :teeth:
 
I walked around the neighborhood with a friend ... fast pace... for 45 minutes. Must... walk... longer... tomorrow!!!
 
I did 2 and 1/4 miles doing a combo of walking and jogging on the treadmill .
