This morning I ran for 45 minutes.

Who's next ????????
 
10 min warm-up on the TM, 20 mins on the stairclimber, 30 mins on the bike.

Who's next?
 
I fot up early this morning and did:

The FIRM Maximum Cardio burn plus abs and then did

1 mile total
10 min powerwalking on TM at 4.5 MPH (a new walking record for me).
5 min cool down at 3MPH

Just wanted to stop in and say hello....it is a rest day for me...but I really want to get out and do something. I do find it amazing to think that I would ever get to the point where it would be harder to NOT work out than it would be TO work out!!

Mel.....your cool down is my max :rotfl: keep up the great work!!!

Debbi, how in the heck do you do 5 MILES on the elliptical.....I didn't last 5 minutes....OK truth be told....5 seconds on that machine... :rotfl: great job!!

Great job ladies!!! It is good to see so many of us sticking with this!! Such an encouragement to see those same names everyday when I check in!

I was running in the rain, just running in the rain... :umbrella: I got quite wet, but it was worth it. :p 4.4 miles in 38 minutes.

I'm next! I did the 45 minute Firm BSS3 Total Muscle Shaping work out this morning at 5:00 a.m. Woohoo! Who's next?

So far I've done lower body weights and abs. I'll be back for cardio after work.

10 min stationary bike (PT)
20 min treadmill (5@3 mp5, 5@ 3.3 mph, 10@ 3.6 mph)
30 min arctrainer (cross between elliptical and stairstepper and much easier on the knees.

It ain't easy my friend, but I have to push myself in order to maintain (at the very least!)
