Just wanted to stop in and say hello....it is a rest day for me...but I really want to get out and do something. I do find it amazing to think that I would ever get to the point where it would be harder to NOT work out than it would be TO work out!!

Debbi, how in the heck do you do 5 MILES on the elliptical.....I didn't last 5 minutes....OK truth be told....5 seconds on that machine... great job!!

30 min arctrainer (cross between elliptical and stairstepper and much easier on the knees.
