This morning I did 45 minutes of spinning.

Who's next ????????????????????????????
 
I did 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training.
 
so far 60 minutes in the gym elliptical, crunches, lifting weights. Off to the pool now to do laps....
 
40 minutes of pilates. Who's next?
 

30 minutes of walking the treadmill...
