Just got off my Elliptical trainer.... 30 minutes- 2.5 miles- 337 calories burned!!:banana:

Who's next??
 

30 minutes on the treadmill - fast walking only (working my way back to running) and about 20 minutes strength training. Off to a good start! :thumbsup2
