Get your exercise in before the Super Bowl!

It's 4 below zero here in Iowa :mad: - but I'm still sweaty from my workout!

50 minutes doing intervals on treadmill- 4 miles/450 cal.

1/2 hour toning (abs) DVD w/Denise Austin.

WHOOOOOOOO! Who's next!
 
I actually managed to get some exercise in.

15 minutes of crunches, pushups, squats, and other things I learned in phys ed.

It's not much, but better than nothing.

Next?
 
30 minutes on the elliptical trainer!! Every day for 23 days and counting!:thumbsup2
 
2 rounds on the 11 weight stations... plus total of 3 hours and 20 minutes walking (includes walking through the park with my father and time on the treadmill) :yay:
