40 minute weights/toning with The Firm DVD

After school- 50 minutes on the cardio-glider.

Who is NEXT???:banana:
 
20 mins intense intervals on the elliptical - 35 mins toning on nautlis equipment, abs on the ball and stretching.............

woo hoo! feels good to be DONE!
 
20 mins on elliptical and 40 mins yoga/pilates. Really trying to flatten the old stomach!
 

90 total treadmill plus 2 rounds of 11 weight machine stations... plus walking to/from school/work:yay:
 
One hour lifting weights. No cardio today, bad girl!
 
Two workouts for me, running in the morning (4.27 miles in 38:22) and Curves after work. I really didn't want to go to Curves (as a I had a really crappy day), but as always, I felt better afterwards.
