Gonna put this one to y'all to help decide.
What do you do with your exercise clippie if illness (not just being too tired or lazy, but actually being sick) prevents you from exercising at least 3 times during the week? Do you just not count that week, or do you drop back to week 1 and start over?
This is only for if illness (or surgery or similar) prevents you from being *able* to exercise physically.

If you're ill, it's not that you didn't want to exercise, you weren't able to. Of course, if you're just feeling lazy, then that's a little different
