Didn't see where one was already started for yesterday ... so who managed to get in some exercise yesterday (Thursday Jan 8th) ??? I finally got back to Curves -- haven't been since Dec 29th :rolleyes: And it was so cold, and snowing, I actually thought about NOT going, but I forced myself. Just about killed me :eek:

I did 30 minutes on the treadmill yesterday. I have had a hard time getting back into my normal routine. I think I need someone standing over me with a horn shouting, get up and get moving:D .
 
I worked out at Curves last night...going back today
 
Firm Cardio Sculpt yesterday, and just a few minutes ago finished Firm Complete Aerobics and Weight Training. Now onto the more important things of the day...DISing!:jumping1:
 

I finally got off my butt for the first time in months and did one of my 1 mile WATP tapes. The odd thing was that instead of feeling energized afterwards I felt so tired that I actually fell asleep on the couch for an hour and a half. I'm a little sore today but that makes me happy because I know I worked some lazy muscles. I doubt I'll get anything in today because I work at the mall tonight but I hope to get some walking (WATP or otherwise) in this weekend.
 
I did The Firm Cardio Sculpt yesterday, too. (Did it again this morning). I've just finished 2 weeks of workouts, yippee!!!!
 
Just started my routine yesterday, as well, despite goal setting to do so all week long. Pilates, and it just about killed me too. I think I'll go for a swim today. :) I'm coming down with a cold and need to keep doing something, but I'm sinking fast! Thinking a swim and steam bath would be good. (our Y is like a country club! I love it!)

I rode my bike last night for 5 miles. It took me about 20 minutes. I tried to get the exercise in first thing in the morning but ended up not getting around to it until 10:00 last night.
 
Yesterday I did 10 minutes on the elliptical :p in the morning, and a Curves Lite after school. I had to be home before 5 to relay the car to DD, so I cut back on the recovery boards. Did another 8-10 minutes on IT last night, too.
 
Been doing well this week, went to the YMCA four out of five days. I usually start out with 15-20 minutes of cardio, then lift weights for about 20-25 minutes and then another 30-40 minutes of cardio. I'm glad i'm back into the exercise mode, because I know I will lose weight if I just stick with it, i've done it before, I can do it again. I just want to work up to being able to run four miles straight again with a good time <36 minutes. But that is a while down the road!

As for my diet, I am really not following any particular diet, kind of a combo of slimfast/weight watchers/and just healthy eating. It is working well so far and I haven't really had any cravings to speak of-obviously because I haven't cheated!
