How do you handle your exercise routine when the weather outside is unbearable? This week our temps have been in the 90's during the day and 70's during the night and the humidity is killer, which is making it harder to go to the gym and work out. (Right now it is going on 10 pm and it is still 84 degrees!) I have been going earlier in the day, but it is starting to be uncomfortable even at 8:00 in the morning. Going somewhere that there is AC is next to impossible because very few places are air conditioned in Italy (and working out in my car is next to impossible
). Our gym has two large fans and today since there were very few people in the gym I was fortunate enough to have the fan blowing in my direction while I was on the treadmill, but I rarely have that option, so what is a girl to do? Any suggestions?
