How long did everyone's contract take to process and have a wedding planner assigned? I'm so anxious to get going with my plans! I mailed in my contract two weeks ago and I can't wait to get started. My wedding is September 1st so I feel that I"m in a time crunch. I don't know if it makes a difference--but I'm a custom wedding...tia

It took a few weeks for my to hear from my EM. Enjoy the planning--it really is fun!

I sent my contract about 2 weeks ago as well and asked about it today. I was told that there is a bit of a delay because either one of the assistants is on vacation or is leaving (not sure which) so they are a bit behind. I was told that my save the dates would be sent mid-week next week. Hopefully yours will go soon as well! I too am anxious to start!

I sent in my contract exactly 3 weeks ago tomorrow (Friday). I was told that someone would contact me within 2 - 3 weeks, so I'm going to give them a call tomorrow to see what's up

Our contract arrived about 3 weeks late and we didn't hear from our EM until about 6 months prior to the wedding. Don't get worried if it takes a while (I know it is very hard to wait). FTW gets everything done and focuses on events that are immediately pending - so don't be surprised if it takes about a month to hear something after you send the contract.

Also - I know there are some changes in some people's EM's with Lynn leaving. Our EM left FTW about six weeks before our wedding. In the end it actually was no big deal - our folder with all of our information was just passed on to the next person and he got it together just fine. So, even if there are changes, don't stress too much - it will all work out and your wedding will be wonderful!

I'm anxious for the save the dates to go mostly so that I can start to see who is really going to commit and make reservations. Otherwise I have no clue really truly how many people are going to be coming...when they told me they received my contract they said that the save the dates were going mid to end of this week...i wonder if mine was delayed as yours was--who was your Sales Manager and Assistant? It's nervewracking, isn't it?
