Excursions?

Hi! Does anyone know if excursions are only DCL offered or can one venture on their own yet? It's been soooo long and I was hoping that they loosened this rule.

Not being flippant; I know it’s part of planning and deciding whether to cruise again (or when).

But they haven’t even gotten a chance to utilize the rule, with no sailings yet. It’s all a part of the big mystery. The first part is get us on the boat.

On the shore with you, waiting to see how this all shakes out.

There's no way of knowing, currently. Since cruises haven't started up again, everything is still up in the air.
