We are going on the 10 day coming up and wondered if anyone had a excursion feedback. Here is what we are doing:

Key West; NONE
St MArtin: French Beach Rendezvous
St Lucia: Cruise to Pitons
Antigua: Catamaran Sail and Snorke, and Beach Cruise
St Thomas: Trunk Bay on our own

Matt,

Sorry, we've been on 4 cruises and haven't done any of those. Of the ones we've done, our favorite we booked on our own in St. Martin. It was through www.offshoresunsations.com. It was awesome. We did it in July of 03. Click on testimonials. Our kids loved it. Hope to do it again someday.

St MArtin: French Beach Rendezvous
Personally, I would NOT do any "beach trip" excursions through DCL. These are WAY to expensive. We went to Orient Beach on our own after lunch (so we didn't need the lunch thats included). Taxi was negotiated down to $7 per person each way. Spent between $10 and $15 for a couple of chairs and an umbrella. This was back in 2002 so prices will be slightly higher now (probably) but it's still a lot cheeper than $45/person. It was really easy to do too!

Have a great trip - Wish I was going too!

In Key West, you should do the little "trolly or train" tour. It's only about an hour long, but full of historic information. We loved it.

St. Maarten we did a bus tour to both sides of the Island. It was okay - not great.

St. Thomas - Trunk Bay is gorgeous. Yes, do it on your own.
