I see some threads stating that excursions can be booked 60 days from our sailing date....I have a dumb question, if I as arriving at WDW on June 30th but not boarding the ship till July 4th...do I have to wait till 60 days from my arrival date at WDW or 60 days from my sailing date to book excursions?

I believe the 60 day timeframe is attached to the start date of your DCL vacation and your final payment due date. So, it's 60 days from the first day you've paid DCL for. If that happens to be a day on land for a land/sea vacation, it still counts. If you've booked your WDW land portion separately (on your own) from the cruise -- then the 60 day countdown is based on the day your cruise leaves.

Enjoy!
