Anyone else sooo excited for their trip. I think I am more excited than the kids. I can not wait. Only 2 weeks to go.

I am at 2 weeks! I can break out the suitcases I have been secretly packing for a week now (DH thinks I'm a bit nuts)!
My kids are little so I've been talking to the 3 y.o. about it. He is just excited that I'm so excited! This trip is more about my excitement of experiencing it with DS & DD for the first time.

I sure hope DH catches the magic too!

We have 11 days until we head out, we are driving from CT and stopping in Virginia Beach for 2 days we are officially in WDW Cabins on Sept 9th -17th Let the COUNTDOWN BEGIN can you tell Im a little excited

Ohhhhh yeah! I am there with y'all too!! We leave on Sept. 18 and I cannot wait! I've been online doing WDW stuff all day...from ordering some new clothes for my ds to looking at booking next year's FD BB!! Anyways...can't wait!! See you all down there maybe!

I'm WAAAAAAY more excited than my kids. My 5 yr old is very excited but she can't touch mom.

My 16 month old I worry about a little. We didn't take her last year (didn't have her yet) and she is sometimes terrified of strangers and sometimes very social. She knows who Tigger and Pooh are (her room of course) so I'm hoping she "gets" it.

Anyway, I find myself logging on to the Dis several times a day, posting at least once just to see my ticker, going over the packing list again and again, planning in my head what outfits I'm going to take for the girls, and secretly stashing stuff in the "Disney" bags to take with us.

I am pathetic and I don't care, it makes me happy!

DH knew I was crazy long ago, but planning this trip really convinced him, lol. We are leaving this Saturday and staying at the Poly (woo-hoo!), and I have been planning, researching and stockpiling since August 2007! I am WAY more excited than the kids. To be fair to me, it is my first trip, and the kids, too, of course, but DH had been about 5 times, but not in over 20 years, as he keeps reminding me.

I'd say I'm obsessed, and I really wonder what in the world I'm going to do when I get back???? All I do now, is talk about/dis about/shop for/pack for our trip? I don't remember life without planning for this trip - I am kinda serious though. I think this is all I've really been doing in my spare time for months now, and now that it's so close, I wonder what I'll do when it's over But for now, can I just say- Only 6 more days til we're living our dreams at WDW Ooh I can't wait. I hope this week goes by fast!!

I've been the same way!! Getting sooooo excited and I still have almost 2 weeks left!

Trying not to dwell on how slow days are going.....just scared it will go so fast
when we get there!!!

I just looked at the calender 30 more days, I can't seem to get any work done I'm so excited. I wish I only had two mor weeks a month seems like forever, I've been trying to think things to keep me busy, good thing the kids go back to school next week that should keep mind mind off the trip for little while.

3 weeks for us too!! I sometimes have to remind myself to keep working and don't go into vacation mode to soon! I'm going to take as many hours as I can at the store the next 3 weeks so I'll be ready for a the big break.
We are going down to Indy on Mondy the 15th and staying the night since our flight heads out at 6:55am.
With that early flight, I"ll be in Orlando before work opens and just 5 minutes after ds day at school starts! LOL

And I do believe I"m more excited than the kids!

I look back and think, look at how fast the last 21 days have gone-the next 21 days will go just as quickly!

I TOO AM A BITTTTTTT Excited..

Hubby thinks I am WAY outta control, and my mother (who watches my two daughters while hubby and I work) told me the other day "Are we going to have to hear about the DIS Boards or Disney EVERY DAY until we leave?"

I said DEAL WITH IT!!

And to boot we have over 3 months to go........

I am really excited, DD 6 and DS 5 have been before but they were 20 months and 9 months so don't really remember it, they can't wait either, thing is they think we go 12th sept, but we go 5th as I know they won;t sleep if they know we go 5th, mean mummy and daddy, DS 2 hasn't been so its his first trip, and eldest dd 2nd trip she is 18

I started packing in March! Getting things here and there and tossing them into the suitcase! It is pretty full!!

woohoo I am right there with yall!! I think I too am more excited than ds 7 but dd 1 gets giggly when she sees pics from last years trips and I talk about seeing Mickey this year!! I have been stockpiling for about a month but I OFFICIALLY started packing this past weekend!! I am down to just packing toiletries and whatever clothes are in the wash.. yay!! Luckily I am in class for the first part of the day so that is helping pass the time a bit faster!! DH is driving me nuts though bc he is freaking about the storm brewing out in the carribean.. hopefully we will get lucky and not see too much of it!! Geesh who woulda ever thought that planning a vacay was just as much fun as going?!
