Excited for Disney!!!! Counter Service suggestiong????

You all are making me so hungry...I'll keep these great suggestions in mind for our trip Saturday. Definitely going to try the Pommes frites at Cafe Orleans and that chocolate mud desert looks delicious, I'm sure the kids will love that

I find the CS at DL to be just as good as WDW if not better. My favs are:

-The Hungry Bear (Fried Green Tomato Sandwhich with Onion Rings is soooo good. Their new menu is wonderful.

-Taste Pilots Grill-Great burgers, neat theme

-White Water Snacks-In the GCH, the nachos are the best I have ever had and this is coming from someone that lives in San Antonio

-The Corn dog wagon in DL is amazing!

-The new Tanagaroa Terrace at the DLH is also very good and the prices are reasonable. Kind of reminds my of Captain Cookes at the Poly at WDW but brand new.

The two new counter service restaurants at Paradise Garden in DCA have delicious, healthy food, lots of comfortable, shaded, outdoor seating and live music.

And beer.

The Dobies would like to move there.

My favorite Counter service items are definitely

1. Clam Chowder Bread Bowl- Royal Street Veranda
2.Fried Green Tomato Sandwich w/ sweet potato fries
3.Corn dog - Main Street Corn Dog Cart

all three are beyond AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Paradise Garden Grill in DCA also has some good food. If you're not sure which sauce to pick, just ask for them all! When I went they just gave me a sample of each sauce in small cups because I couldn't decide, and there was no extra charge.
