Excited and just have to share!

Okay! Whew! I was startin to bug about the huge gap between trips that I've got coming up. I will be there, off property, with friends in their timeshare in September, but had nothing scheduled with DVC til April 2011 , which originally was going to be just the 4 night cruise on the Dream! with just DH. But, I just got a phone call from a friend who asked if we could co-ordinate some days together near Disney for next Spring! WOO HOO

So I got on the phone with Member Services and added on 3 nights at the end of the cruise at AKV!!!!!! WOOO HOOO!!! While I wish I could also go in January (and February and March), this makes me EXTREMELY happy!

I LOVE MY DVC!

I know what you mean. It's funny what you get used to. Before DVC we rarely traveled for longer than a 3 day weekend a couple times a year and only once every few years did we do a big trip of a week or more. Since we bought DVC in 2007 we are now on a 3-4 trips every 12 months cycle, usually for a week each. We have a trip coming up in a few weeks and then its a long 8 month drought before we go back in April, 2011. I'm already stressing about being without my DVC for 8 whole months, the humanity!

I agree....before DVC we only took short weekend trips...now a 7 day trip is a short trip to Disney. We LOVE DVC!!
