We are looking at ways to get a bargain for our October visit.
If we exchange vouchers (expedia or clubcard) it says that they need to be exchanged on the day of use. What time could we exchange them? We want to be able to use extra magic hours as we plan to stay in a Disney hotel.
Thanks for help!

We're just sorting this out now for our trip in November.

With Eurotunnel you have to send them your vouchers from Tesco when you book it. You have to prebook clubcard trips for this reason and you can't book online and then exchange vouchers on the day.

They recommend by Special Delivery as if they don't receive them you'll have to pay though going rate.

Hope that helps!

I probably didn't make it very clear. We want to exchange vouchers for park tickets and apparently you can only do this on the day at the gate. We want to know how early we could do this so that we can still use extra magic hours.:surfweb:

If you book into a Disney hotel you will probably have park tickets included anyhow as its almost always a package. Even if you do manage to get room only it doesnt work out any cheaper having to buy the tickets seperatly. Room only is never included in any discounts etc anyhow (eg 30% off).
One trip we had APs and didnt need park tickets but it was cheaper to book a package with the 30% off than book room only

Ah right sorry!!

Then yes what A Small World said!

I'm pretty sure you can only get EMH if you're staying at a Disney hotel or have a Dream Annual Pass in which case you wouldn't need tickets anyway.

thats right, normal park tickets on their own are not enough to give your entry to Extra Magic Hours. You need to be staying at an onsite hotel, or at the Hotel L'elysee val d'Europe, or be Dream Annual Pass holders.

We will be staying at Santa Fe booked through expedia, but using vouchers from epedia by one get one free offer and tesco clubcard vouchers.
We need to know what time the ticket office opens so that we can exchange our vouchers for tickets and then go in to extra magic hours. If the ticket office doesn't open till later then we would have to rethink.:confused3

I forgot you can book disney hotels without tickets through expedia.

I would have thought the ticket office would open at 10am when the park opens to the general public.

I wouldn't have thought it'd be open before then as EMH people would already have tickets.

You can enter in the parks from 9.30 on but can't do the attractions until 10.00 (as we have done it many a time for Crush or to have a coffee on Main Street) without having acces to the EMH

According to the CM's on DCP the ticket booths at the main entrance (under the DLH) are open from 8.00 when there is EMH :)
