Exchanging voucher for passes - question

We have a pre-paid voucher to exchange for 14 day vacation passes. Do all five of us who are named on the voucher have to show our smiling faces and I.D. at the ticket booth? Or could one person collect for all?

Normally it is the person who bought the passes online who has to show ID I know when I have bought them thru getawaytoday I have had to show my ID for all of the passes and only I did! But thats my only exp. with prepaid vouchers...so I guess it would depend on what website you got them on. if all else fails please call DL to ask, I'm sure they will have the answer for you!!! Have a great trip!!!!!

I purchased our 4 tickets in my name ( Expedia 14 day vacation passes).
I was the only one required at the ticket booth. This was a few weeks ago in early May. They had trouble with locating the passes on the computer but it was sorted in about 20 minutes.

Yah, Expedia is the worst when it comes to finding the passes in the system... not to mention the waste of paper and ink since they still insist on having the Guest print out a full page voucher for each ticket.

For the OP: All you do is bring the voucher with you to the Box Office or Guest Services and bring a government-issued photo ID. It can be anyone that is named on the voucher.

I just did my expedia vouches on Sunday and had no problem. It was fast and easy and only I had to present my ID for the 3 people on my party. It took less than 5 minutes. You do have to bring your print outs with you though.....
